    check out this link:
06 Ultra Premium LED DIY Kit with Dimmable Driver

That's pretty much what your going to need x2 to run the leds, as well as 2 220v-12v power supplies and your heatsink/fans.

Ill pm you the details of the led supplier and you can chat to them if you need some more leds etc. They will put you in touch with a reseller that can probably hook you up with everything in those kits, I don't want to post it as they don't supply directly to the public as far as I know. Lol its not exactly a secret where they are from, but I just don't want to post their info everywhere.

For 12 3w leds you can get away with a single driver. The wiring is simple, just wire them in series. Positive of the driver to positive of the first led and then negative of that led to positive of the next led and so on until the last led which is connected to negative of the driver. Just be careful because most drives have a minimum quantity of leds that they can drive as well as a maximum. If you hook just 2 leds to the driver they will blow. The next most important thing is a heat sink. You can use aluminum channel from builders if you want to save some money. Without the heat sink the led's will overheat and burn out.
