I have a rusty angel that is terrorising my 3 chromis. can they go into my 50 litre nano with a tomato clown or is it too small?
 
my chromis are small? maybe 3cm maximum. i do weekly 20% water changes. its not the bio load i'm worried about as much as swimming space. what do you guys think.
 
it may beneccesary to remove him for a short while can you not place him in the sump? and try re introduce him after a few days?
 
dont have a sump yet. busy setting up my new tank. the angel was added after the chromis so i dunno if taking him out for a while will help.
 
Trust me, you might want to think twice before putting the chromis with the Tomato, I had two of them and they were lank aggressive. Maybe you could put the chromis into the nano and put the tomato into the other tank for a little while.
 
How big is your main tank Steve?
 
If you keep your Chromis school big, then you won't have problems.

When I kept 3, they got hammered by Tangs, trigger and angels, soon as I made the school bigger (10) they now have no problems.
