Hi all, I am busy adding powerheads to my sump to suspend any detritus in the water column.

Loads of pics. What do you say, stat in dsb or can it enter the DT?

I found this crab in the return chamber and was wondering if it would be ok to add him/her to my DT. It's small and white with darkish ended pincers.

Very cute but I'd also rather keep him out of the DT.

it belongs to the family Xanthidae and use those big nippers to crush gastropod shells.

Thanks guys, it's about 1 cm from nipper to nipper, but rather safe than sorry. I put it back in the dsb.

Cool that's what it looks like, just white. Very small, think it came in on some sps I bought a couple of months ago.

I got a similar on my DSB, likes to hide in the sand. about 5 to 6cm across. A lot bigger than yours :tt2:

His knuckles on the legs are a bit darker, like a band. And only the pincher ends are dark.
