Crab Id Plz

Was up early this AM and sitting in front of my home made TV this little crab came walking past, i have never seen him before. There was also a fast worm that i caught a glimpse of very centipede looking but just caught the ass end of him so to slow on getting the phone out for a pic.

This crab has algae on him and blends in very well

Does it have sharp pincers, hairy too? Can't really see from picture. Most crabs get too big for the standard tank, they are also mostly predatory.
I would rather try get a better pic and see what others say and then make a move from there. In the mean time try catch him and sump him.

LOL he was so fast did not hang around for a pic he is small now about old 10c size, he is is hairy and has pincers i got a pic of them not him as he went under a rock and the flash made him "defend himself" ill post now
