Crab Id Please

    Found this guy in my Dp tank. Wondering if it's reef safe ?

    Look at the pincers, sharp or not. Was it on an sps? Doesn't look hairy, so maybe safe. I always sump the crabs I find, they are very opportunistic feeders and except for the SPS crabs (which are quite rare in our hobby), will get large and eat your fish and other inverts.

    It's a size of a R1 coin found him inside a rock. His pincers are sharp and that's the only part is hairy.

    you can keep him in your sump area. Let he clean it up for you. Just remember to give him something to eat at times.
