I recently got a coachman and it seems he has taken a taste for my brown polyps.

As you can see form photos my anenome has recently moved onto the rock and just want to check if it couldnt be from him

If it is the coachman and i remove the polyp rock is it likely he will go for my soft mushrooms, pics are only other corals in setup and rest is liverock.

Not good having an anemone touching the polyps.
It's hard to say whether or not the fish will eat the other corals if the polyps are removed, coachman do tend to prefer things like zoas and button polyps but that doesn't mean it wont nip other things. You'll have to take out the polyps and watch it closely and make a decision which is more important...the fish or your corals.
