    Hi Guys,

I have a 260l tank with reasonably good flow. I have 2 54w t5 and 2x39w t5 lights. I would like to know what the ideal placement would be for my few corals. I will attach a few pics. The tank is running since August.

    thanks

Hi there, firstly how deep is you tank? And secondly you can move the star poluyps higher they like lots of light and will soon grow over the rocks. Mine is sitting in the top of my tank and i'm running 2X 150 watt MH.

take standard issue slaked lime from chemist, mix into slurry with a drop of ro water. put in syringe (no needle) and prod aptasia until it shrinks and ice it shut in tank with a little of the slurry. it must have consistency of toothpaste(slurry) it works every time. every time u see aptasisa repeat process, till all gone. may take time if lots of aptasia. but dont surrender. ps is your liverock kenyan?

i just took a small 2ml syringe some white vinegar took out the rock with the aptasia after i identified the exact location and injected to the root about 2ml of vinegar. after this i never saw them again.

I would isolate the star polyps, they grow bliksem fast and will overgrow other corals
