Can anyone tell me whats this leave like things???

Red bubble algae, syphon out without popping preferably, if they pop they release spores and start sprouting everywhere.
they are considered a nuisance but not nearly as bad as the small green ball bubble algae.

But they look flat like a piece a paper...looks like they are growing out of the rock

It's flat and the right colour.

As i said, it looks more like red bubble algae to me.
If you say it's flat then it could be fauchea laciniata but you would have to watch it develop further..
