Also no problem with mine. Flame angel, coral beauty, regal tang and yellow tang. Together in a tank.

Tank 2 meters. I had them first in a 1.5 meter and it was also no problem. Still running 2x 1.5m tanks and my 2m tank.

Space and lots of hiding places is key. You could also introduce at the same time, if you don't have them as yet. If you have one already, introduce at lights out and in the morning feed a little extra. I foresee no problems though.

I hav 6 different angels in my 2m with more coming..trick is to ensure non are same size. also look at which species are introduced in a specific order..if I had to start overbi would have added emperor angel last..long term I know that even a 2m tank is not really big enough

I doubt you will have issues with those two..but if u introduced one already you can put a mirror next to tank wen adding other..will distract the first angel

Ok thank you guys. I am moving all my life rock; water and some of my sand to the new tank so will add the fish when the cycle is 100%

I will try to get both at same time if not I will first get beauty and then flame angel

Hi All I have just introduced my flame angel and immediately the coral beauty is going for the flame angel. Is this normal?

Yeah, this is normal, just watch them over the next few days so that they don't hurt each other. A good idea would have been to build an egg crate cage for the flame that you float in the tank for a week or so so that they can get used to each other before introducing him completely. At least a Coral Beauty is not very aggressive as far as Centropyge go.

How big is your tank? Your lfs should've have warned you of this behaviour. Dwarf angels are territorial.

Ideally you should have introduced them at the same time.
A mirror might work, but if the Coral beauty has already established a territory then they may fight for a while.

The coral beauty will boss him around for a while but once the flame gets comfortable there wont be any problems... just feed on two differents spots in your tank...
