    Hi Guys,
My current setup is as follows:
    • 2m x 600mm x 800mm fresh water tank
    • fluval 406 canister filter
What I am looking to accomplish is to convert this current setup into a marine setup but with live rock and not live coral so as to have minimal changes.
I am looking for the following items please:
    • 1x additional canister filter for better filtration.
    • Some live rock. not sure how much to put in the tank.
    • Enough substrate to cover the bottom of the tank. approx. 60KG
    • 1x pulsating water pump
    • Salt, enough for about 800lt of water.
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
I am based in the JHB West Rand area.

Hi @Chino.....i am going to have a canister available in a week or two's time. Shutting down a tropical tank to make make space for bigger better things. let me know how much you want to spend?

Just a question.....Why don't you get a sump for the tank? Much easier to do stuff in.

Hey guys just want to mention that if you have used any sort of medicine in your fresh water tank, allot contain copper and could have seeped into the silicone, then leech into your tank
