Concern about lack of algae

Fox Face in my experience will take out the hair algae when it is long, shorter algae Tangs will take care of.
 
In regard to Nanos and the clean up crew, my tank is busy cyclin and i am not seeing much algae but awesome growth on my liverock,few real tiny tiny snails and a gazzillion pods all over my glass and in my sump, the question is, once i had a lil'janitor crew and i have no algae(I hope) what do they eat then? and what are the present occupants consuming?
