clownfish has growth ?

Hi Masa
I bought 2 occellaris clownfish and 2 blue green chromis on sunday and a hermit .
I did a 20% water change a week before i bought the livestock.
My chromis are eating well ,the clownfish are only eating pellets and brine shrimp freeze dried cubes.

Yesterday afternoon i noticed a bump on the side of my clowns head . Looks black under the skin .

I dont have any corals as yet .

My parameters are -
Temp: 27.5
Salinity : 1.026
Ph :8.2
Ammonia : 0
Nitrite : 0
Nitrate : 2
 
I'll try get a picture. But i noticed my liverock is going white and my spoinoid worms have disappeared
