    Your clownfish is acting normal
They dont generally swim around the tank, they find a home and sort of linger there the whole time. Provided its swimming straight and eating, there is nothing to worry about

I wouldnt add two more, you could add one but it wont change their swimming behaviour. They not active swimmers like other fish.

Unless you have a large tank, I would keep to 2 clowns!

Also keep in mind that they might be spawning and picking a spot to lay eggs.

Clowns will find a spot they call home, and hang around there.
They are not great explorers like tangs and angels.

Totally normal, I have 2 clowns and they barely wonder from their one corner of the tank and are actually surprisingly aggressive and territorial towards other fish especially when they new to the tank.

Adding a new clown (of the same species) may cause a bit of fighting to see which is more dominant between the two, but they come right eventually. They'll pick a spot to host and will come away from it for food or to protect eggs etc.
