Urgent help needed Clown stressed or sick?

Evening, My wyoming male has been with me for nearly three years now and has recently began acting very strange. he has stopped eating and from today has moved towards the very strong current side of the tank. Im not sure hes suddenly being targeted by another fish or something else? my fish are dewormed on a normal basis so i dont suspect internal parasite. Anyone with some advice? I do have videos but not sure how to post them here

Fish swimming into a current is never a good thing. Last time I had fish swimming into a current velvet wiped three quarters of my fish.

Get him into a HT/QT for observation and monitor him. That way you can determine what is wrong (if at all) and target the problem.
