clown fish bullying the other

    i got a pair of ocellaris clowns about 2 weeks ago. the one clown is bullying the other causing it to always hide and its not eating well. seems the one has taken territory in the tank. they are the only 2 fish in the tank at the moment. how do i stop it before the other fish dies? and what are the chances of them paring up eventually?

    what size tank do you have?
    is there a major difference in size between the two fish?
    Is there sufficuient hiding places for them?

    may have to remove one just monitor if the one looks really weak. then take the bully to the sump for a while

    its a 120l nano tank. it doesnt have a sump
    the one is slightly bigger than the other, hardly though. the smaller one attacks the bigger one though. lol
    i would say yes there is enough hinding places, lots of caves and holes etc.

    i wish i had sump to put it in, but i dont. i do have an algae scrubber though which sits in a small "sump" i think it may be to small though and the lighting is different and is on for 18 hours a day. a pic follows:

    I think they're just trying to short out dominance so the big boy can become a big girl.
