The amonia and nitrite are slightly high which would stress the fish hence the white spot.
The cloudy eye however is normally a bacterial infection caused by a scratch on the eye itself and could turn into pop eye where the eye really swells up. Fortunatly in most cases this looks worse than it really is and fish will recover from this 99% of the time as long as they keep feeding. But please remember your fish is fighting the stress caused by the high nitrite and amonia aswell as this infection.

Mine got it last last week after a 12 hour power outage. It must have been the stress from the temp drop. It's is gone now , I just fed him a bit extra -flake and frozen food with a few drops of Seachem Garlic Gaurd ( standard diet) I did use a small bottle of Bio Elite Heal All - more for my sake than the fish to be honest.

Dont stess just keep feeding a make sure the water is tip top.
