With the price of petrol and Diesel just going up & up you can't over look French cars.

It is one of the most economical cars around.

Was at the car show recently and the one car that I was most impressed with was the Citroen Picasso. Really well designed and has some very pratical features.

Don't know too much about their service back up and my only worry would be cracking that front windscreen and having to replace it.

All cars these days are expensive to run and maintain. Finance it over 4 years and dump it when the service plan is up :D

Thx Guys, plan to do that DragonReef.

You end up paying the same excess for insurance for a small window or a big one. The angle of the window should mean that a stone may chip the glass but not crack it.

I found out to day it is better to sell the car before 100 000 km, so will do the same if I get it.
Funny the company has used Stannic for over 6 years and they are still full of Sh1t.

One more thing the branch manager lives around the corner from me, so if I have any problem or need to get it serviced I can just drop it off at his house and he can take it to work.

Been reading the user manual, and this car is not for people that can't program a VCR, or change the time on a Microwave.

I definitely do not recommend a Citroen C3 SensoDrive
In fact, after finding out the price of Citroen Spares I don't recommend any Citroen
My Citroen C3 sensodrive has given me problems!

After sales service from Citroen in this regard has been nothing short of pathetic!
And believe you me, I am not the only one complaining!

Are you thinking of buying a Citroen?
Well maybe you should check out the exorbitant spares prices before you decide!
Citroen spares prices are far in excess of other similar model cars! WHY!!!!! Citroen, you are crazy with your spares prices!

    ·
Will some regulatory body step in and stop this crap!
    ·
Reporters, make this more public please! - Expose these prices to the public!

Don't believe us, then click on this button! [IMG]

My dealings with Citroen Durban, leave nothing to be desired.

I am not going to bore you with details of why I think my Citroen is a piece of crap! Email me if you really want to know!
This site is not about me, this site is about consumers awareness...Period

I will let the response of the public state my case for me!

Other Citroen owners can have their own say here! which will in most cases just substantiate my thoughts on this matter!

See other Citroen Owners Comments [IMG]Or post your own!

Oh, yes, there is something I would like to tell you about! - In fact 2 things

    1.
    Fuel Consumption
My Citroen C3 sensodrive does not do better than 12 - 14 litres per 100 kilometre's..

    2.
This car is downright dangerous to drive! Why?
Because the gearbox gets confused, leaving you without power of any kind, sitting in the middle of the road, while traffic bears down on you... and there is screw all you can do about it, until it decides it wants to move again!

    · This car should not be allowed on the road with this inherent problem!
    It is Dangerous!

Complain to Citroen in the past were just brushed aside!
Well Citroen, This web site is me brushing you aside!

All I am going to say is:

    · Think carefully before buying a Citroen!
    · Search the Internet for information
    · Ask many questions in the right places first!
    · Then decide for yourself - "caveat emptor"
    February 2008
I wrote a letter to the CEO of Citroen South
Africa informing him of this site, and offering to amicably resolve the problems I have with my car!'
He has chosen to ignore this letter.

If this is the attitude of Citroen South
Africa, Then it has given me new drive and determination, to motivate this site and what it stands for to the fullest of my ability!
I will now leave no stone unturned in promoting public awareness to this site.

If the folks back at Citroen think this site is not well found on the search engines globally, then they have their heads in the sand.

    March 2008
As part of my new drive against Citroen for blatantly choosing to ignore my rightful demands - I have written a letter of complaint to Citroen
France - Lets see if they reply to me!

All the new generation cars are expensive, there are no exceptions. You either driver modern technology or live with a 30 year old Golf Mk1.
I know someone that's just dropped 100k on re doing the motor on a 100 series Cruiser.
Ok it was at the agents, but a 100K !!!! JMJ !!!!
