I saw that site when i started and they have good info but this is plain stupidity:

How Many Specimens Should I Have in my Clean-up Crew?

    The general rules are:

    · 1 snail per gallon
    · 1 crab per 4 gallons

So in my 700L tank i would need, according to them, 175 snails and 43 crabs. Yeah ok then

I have a Boyu TL 550 (128L). Got two snails, 1 cleaner shrimp, 1 peppermint shrimp and a hermit. Is that sufficient, I was thinking about getting another snail, but don't know...

I have a hermit free tank this time, soooo much better. Only keeping snails and as much as the Hermits are fun to watch, still glad I have not got them again.

Also got a fighting conch, as much fun as a hermit to watch, and pretty.
