Chiller advise

hi All,

will a Haliea 500 (1/2 HP) handle my 1200lt-1300lt tank.
At the moment without a chiller the tank runs between 25 - 29 degrees.

i have been reading mixed reviews some stating that the above mentioned chiller can chill 1200lt to 23 degrees with ease. other stating that the chiller can only handle up to 800 lt.

i would like my tank to run between 25 and 27 degrees.
