Lack of Ca and Alk is one.Change of lighting (more intense lighting) is another factor. lets here from some of the Gurus
Spot on Miki, the coraline starts to turn white if there is a lack of light/too much light (bleaching) or Ca depletion.

Petty you can't kill it without hurting other creatures in the tank :whistling:

Air exposure always seems to work as well...

I did quite a big water change a few days ago with lights on. The coraline higher up is mostly affected, so sounds like a combination of both air & light. Thanks guys :)

My coralline goes white when it has been feasted on by my rock urchins :thumbup:
