Not saying it's impossible, but LED are not all the same, some are cosmetic coloring others emit propper spectrums more conducive to what were trying to grow requires.

You could try, but personally I would go with a good quality aquarium LED that has a track record of yielding good results.

Looking at those light pictures I feel like taking XTC. Have no clue if they good for aquarium use
