Can I add Red Sea's Calcium+3 to my saltwater I am putting back into the tank after a water change, or must I put it into RO water ?

It is the liquid I have. I do not have a sump, but I have one of those tanks with 4 chambers running at the back of the tank all the way across. Can I add it to one of the chambers and do I dilute it ?

I would add it to the return pump chamber.

Can you drip feed the additive slowly into the return chamber?

If you want to add a lot (say 50-100ml) half an hour will be more than adequate.

If it is only a little then just add it directly to your sump by the return pump, or in front of a powerhead. It's pH is pretty close to neutral so will not have any major effects if added quickly, unlike kalk and some of the alkalinity supplements available.
