    Hi.
We have one left in stock, if you run short i can post it up to you.

P.s mayby replace them two weeks apart so not to burn the corals you have if your existing lights are very old .

Lanzo should have them, if he doesn't ask him to get some from aquarium depot.

C/O Jacobs str and Frates rd Rietfontein Pretoria Gauteng

But they are R50 more expensive than VIP pets. VIP is in Northgate.

Thanks guys ... I will get some asap.

question, another reefer on masa said, he replaced his, and it doesnt made any difference.

So, question, I can see mine is going down, and is getting gray/blackish on the ends.

Lighting is one of the most important things according to me, when it comes to the marine hobby. Am I right ?

There are allot of factors , but i agree with you, IMO lighting and low nitrate ( but this answer is very simplified )

Question guys, why does globes need to be replaced on a 6 months basis. Are they going down in time ?

the reason for asking, another reefer also have a buyo, and he replaced his lights, and it is still the same as before.

    just curious

Globes have a certain amount of PAR that they put out. (Photosynthetic Available Radiance) which corals use. I think this is what drops over time and not necessarily the brightness. I am not sure. Like I said in the PM, I changes my globes in my JBJ 12G and brightness wise it looks the same and even colour.
