Urgent help needed Butterflyfish on its side

Please give me some advice on the butterflyfish ASAP, it was fine yesterday but is on its side now and swims every now and agian, i think it might be swim bladder disease. The water temperature did drop by about 2-3° and thats it! The other butterflyfish are fine so i know its not a parasite or anything like that. Possible treatment advice would be greatly appreciated

The species is a Threadfin butterflyfish, it js in a hospital tank for the time being with the temperature being raised slowly to what it was this morning. Should i use Epsom salts like the internet suggests i should?

Epsom salt i think is used for constipation issues. Not swim bladder. I might be wrong

Why not post a Pic of it and if it's eating then I'm sure some of the guys here will be able to help you out better?
