I'm building me a new tank.
2500x1000x800. 2000l

I want to use 10mm glas with bracing.
Want to know if it can support the weight of the water.

The standard safety factor for marine aquariums is 3.8 (from a few different sources). This equates to 19mm glass for your tank. Of course that's just a guideline, but with that overall volume, I wouldn't go 10mm (safety factor of 1.0).

Ya I can't imagine that 10mm of glass will hold back 2 tonnes of water in full wave mode. Also, your base levels will need to be fairly accurate. 10mm glass over that span would be susceptible to cracking.
