BTA

    Does any1 know if a BTA will move around or stay put once footed on a rock?

    It will move around untill it finds a happy spot.

    Anything can force to make it move. From too bright lights, to low lights, flow too strong, wrong substrate under foot.

    Whatever.

    BTA's are much easier to keep in a reef tank,not as fussy as the other species anenomes.
    I placed mine,in a gap between rocks and never moved since:thumbup:

    Your best chance is to put the rock that it is on, higher than any other other rocks, apparently they do not like to move down if they can not feel any rocks around them so they tend to stay there, but if they can feel other rocks nearby then they may move. It worked for me.

    This is for magnificas and the like. Not BTAs. BTAs have no problem moving down.
