    hi there
My tank has finished cycling (4.5 weeks )and I am planning to purchase my first fish this weekend. I ran the lights for the first time yestrerday and when i got home all the LR had gone brown.
I tested everything again and all the water parameters are sill ok.
Looks like a very fine algea.
    Is this normal?
    will it go away?
    can I add fish?

It is algae, and a normal part of the cycle. It indicates that it is not finished cycling, so hold off on the fish till it disappears.

Yes, you want this algae to consume the nutrients in the water column. When it starts dying off, this is an indication that the nutrient levels are dropping.
