WOW Michael! Now you HAVE to share your camera model, make, and picture settings (ie. shutter speed, aperture, lense sizing, etc) with us!

Hey Mike, considering the photography thing you have going on - here is a thread with an aid to introductions and to become accustom to the faces behind the names...

    Marine Aquariums of South Africa

In saying that, the photography you and your bro show - is in a whole new class here on MASA. It is far more intense than we really need for the thread above, but it great to know the faces behind the names

Thanks PeterL - will post pic of Bro & me there

I use Canon 1D Mark II N - lens is mainly 600mm IS f4, & shutter speed always as fast as possible LOL

I see many of the photos both yourself and your bro take have one thing in common, both of you get the subject perfectly in focus and the foreground and background blurs out a little. Is this specific to the camera work of the post shot work?

Camera work - try to use large aperture to blur BG & seperate subject (does not always work LOL)

Posted pic of us on thread provided (cool thread)

They are both on outdoor photo. I visit there frequently and I recognize the photos.
