They are good...part of you'r Clean-up Crew...they are only a problem when you overfeed and they multiply as left over food will be in "abundance"...

No..leave in Display Tank as that is where the food ends up landing on/in the Sand/Aragonite Bed..you WILL find more so don't panic...part of the cleaning crew..:p

PS: NEVER touch with bare hands..

They will move where they want to go.Just don't pick it up with your bare hands.Your hands will itch as their bristles will enter your hand..;)

I hate them, the idea of them getting stung isn't appealing BUT I have absolutely no shop bought clean up crew in my Nano, only bristle worms, good algea eating hitch hiker snails, spaghetti worms and tons of pods, I feed heavily with frozen flake and pellets and my glass is always clean my parameters are always perfect and stable, I also have excellent filtration , bristle worms are an awesome part of your clean up crew and you should leave them in the DT.
