shot in Carls tank, one of my favs to use as he has a bank of 400w MH (4 i think) so i dont need flash and can get good colour from it. Also wonderfully stocked and tame fish....i have 360 shots in photobucket of marines, and i think i have posted close on 80% in here.

i also have to process lots more (from your tanks and puppy's for example) and i just never get to them....i will I promise

Cool! no probs man! Yeah I agree with you - those 400 watt metal halides makes a HUGE difference. BUT - with the electricity costs these days, and load shedding, I am extremely skittish to start using mine (I have 3 400 watt control gear and fittings - I just need to get globes and reflectors.... BUT - I don't wanna - not now...)

Pitty you cut the tail off.:whistling:

Nice pic, love the colour against the black background.
I KNOW! really bugs me that and I normally frame pics well, just swimming fish are a little difficult to keep in focus and not loose half of him. i'll try again:)

Nice pic of the anthia especially considering that you cant get those buggers to keep still for a millisecond
