I am selling this watch as I want to invest in some of my other hobbies.

I bought the timepiece in April 2012 and it is in absolute spotless condition. Zero marks and is undistinguishable from new.

It comes with all the boxes, manuals, paperwork including the invoice and a valuation for insurance purposes.

Guys, I stay in Pretoria, work in Sandton. So the watch can be viewed at any of these locations.

You can bring anyone with to check the watch I fully understand and I would too... (I know it's good)
@mytank the winder stays with me sadly... I use it for my other watches

For us poor sods who will never afford these kinds of watches, what exactly is a winder?
Why does each watch not have its own, or could they not afford to install one as standard?:whistling:
    :p

AOR... :) It's a jewellery type box in which you store your watches.

These watches are automatic (self winding with a pendulum weight inside which rotates as you move around) so if you do not wear the watch for a couple of days it stops.

The winder rotates at a preset amount of rotations per day to keep your watches running when you are not wearing them ;)

:lol:Ever hear about Optional Extra's :p They leave you with no option:whistling:

Without taking this thread off topic, seems like it's a done deal already. I'm assuming the watch would just lose track of time without a winder. No ill effects on the watch?

Ahhh that explains it, thought it was just a fancy box to keep the watch from getting scratched or something.:p

Without the winder, the watch just stops, no real ill effects, but you have to set the date & time every time this happens and this is extra wear on the crown & movement :)

Added bonus is it keeps the watch safe from being scratched etc.

With the new Breitling movement you get up to 72hrs of reserve (or more), so technically, you could wear the watch every 3days and it will still be on time
