Nice tank you got there, I love how those zoas have grown almost like an overhang.
Unfortunataly u posted links not the pics, so it was a bit awkward to view.

Thanks, ya the Zoas grows like crazy got them in KZN, sorry about the pic's fist time posting pic's on the site.

Infalmes, thanks man. I had the the tank for about two years now, currently I have the following:

    Percula Clownfish
    Foxface
    Lion (My Baby)
    Coral Beauty
    Anthia
    Green Chromis x3

    Coral:

    Green Zoa's (plenty)
    Shrooms (pink, green and red)
    FrogSpon
    GSP

Thats what I can think of now, I'm still fighting tho get rid of all the Green hairs, but looks like I'm winning the war.

Could be caused from a detritus build up in your sustrate..i recently changed my course crushed coral for fine play sand... had a problem with red slime and hairy algae. have you tried pirugen in a stocking in the sump to help with the algae? it worked well for my hair algae!!

Jip I have pirugen in my sump at the moment, but the hair algae does look a lot better. 3 months ago the entire tank was covered it almost killed the Star Polyps.

Currently I'm doing 20% water changes per, removing any algae that I can get my hands on as well as using carbon and dosing Vodka.

Sounds like you are slowly getting to grips with it!:)
What is you KH sitting at? I also found that increasing it to around 10-11 helped allot!

Try some Seachem Stability for nutrient reduction.
