    Hi everyone

I've been on MASA since last year while busy planning my reef tank. This is not my first reef tank but feel new to the hobby as technology has changed a lot since I had my first reef tank 11 years ago. I like to keep things as simple and uncomplicated as possible.

Let's start with a basic overview of the setup:

    Tank is 1.5m x 0.7m x 0.6m deep.
Inside the tank I have two Sicci V7 pumps on a wavesurfer to control flow.
The 68kg liverock is mostly Fiji and Tonga.
And then I have 59kg of Caribsea Seaflor Fiji pink aragonite.

The sump is 1.2m x 0.6m x 0.4m deep with with water level at 0.24m.
Got a Vertex universal media reactor to run carbon in it or seagel.
Protein skimmer is a BB 5000INT.
Will be dosing with a marine magic doser.
Return pump is a Diablo 10500 which also feeds reactor but got plenty of power if needed only running it at 50% power.
Lastly but not least the lighting is 3 x Pharos LED 90W modules with a controller - awesome stuff by the way!

Now the 4 weeks of cycling starts...will keep you updated.

Here are some pics to tease...

looking awesome mike, I'll drop off a few monti caps and elkhorn frags testers to get you going. But first you need to check in with stable params.
