I've been battling with a phosphate issue for the past year on my RSM 250 and started using Phosphate RX in the tank. I was a little wary to start with as its a chemical solution but after about 10 days I've gone from 0,9 PPMs to 0,02 with no ill effects on any inhabitants in the tank. I have barely needed to clean the glass for a week! I'm now considering using the Clear FX Pro and replacing the carbon bag with this product. Does anyone have any experience off this product over a longer period.

Good and quick results there. I got no experience with these products, but it sounds as if it does produce good results.

Anybody else, what is your experience?

Where did you get it from ? Does most LFS keep them.

Some advice on how much you use etc please.

Purchased it from Aqua fanatic and got it sent down to Durbs. Put the Clear FX Pro in on Friday and tested on Sunday and Nitrates went from 10ppms to 1 when I checked on Sunday. I have to admit it appears to do what it claims. Ideal as the RSM 250 has no obvious place for a reactor and this comes already bagged.

I used the 450ml and like I said it comes in the bag. Just a quick rinse and ready for a high flow area in the tank. They also have a product for red cyano which I've enquired about as well but it's out of stock just now.

Thanks. Seems like it's a parallel to orca biocubes.
