He came to take them but we could not catch them.

If you want to take them il try and catch them over the week and when they are all caught i can let you know.

I do not have a sump or other tank so they will have to stay in a hang on fish seperator

Im also new to the hobby the nems were in the tank when i bought a complete system.

I cant really advise you if your tank is ready. I do know they like really good water conditions.

Do some research on purple foot or magnificent anemones.
