About 4 days ago I noticed a white patch behind the gills of my chromis and thought it might have been hurt, because he is new in the tank but then there appeared more white patches especially on his fins and today it looks like a chunk of his tail fin is gone.
Fish is still very active and eats a lot.
Is he sick or is the other fish attacking him?

Water parameters is all fine.
