The reason one would bully the other is because they were not meant to be kept in pairs but in larger groups. You should add more, as they should not be kept single or in 2s.

I started off with 6... These 2 bullied 4 to death 2 years ago when I got them. They've been living peacefully for 2 years and now the one has started being aggressive. I'd rather sell one than buy 4 more and risk bullying again
