Best phone I have ever had Warren, I have been down the Nokia route for a while now, and my colleagues have had the unfortunate displeasure of HTC

I can honestly do without my laptop for days with this beast, and the email/messenger integration is awesome!

iPhone is just too pretty and not too strong on the business side of things.

I think it has no 3G? Thats the reason I went for Bold

Touch screen just irritates me, but thats me and my fat fingers

I was very undecided between the iPhone and the storm. Opted for the iPhone in the end. Sorry i did. My other phone a nokia is up for renewal shortly and i will most definitely be getting the storm 11. I have a few buddies with the storm 1 and 11 and the browser just knocks the daylights out of the meek iPhone browser. Yes the storm has 3G and a far better business phone.
The iPhone is the king in the apps department though.

Friend of mine has had the bold 2 for about 5 months now, had to buy from some place that imports them though. MTN/Voda still don't have it. Basically the bold 2 (9700) is the same size as the curve 8900 but has 3g and the "trackpad". Blackberrys are pretty fantastic for business stuff. I'd say at work about 60% of people there are using blackberries now.

My entire office runs with BB's from curve to Bold and are extremely happy with them?

As I said I dont like touch screens, they are like flappy paddle gearboxes - nice to look at but so much can go wrong (and they a pain in the ass to use ;))

I've heard that blackberry basically don't do any repairs in SA. Customer care will try flash your phone, if that doesn't work it gets sent to blackberry, who just replace with a new one.

Im going to Blackberry today.....i picked up the phone yesterday and the told me its D.E.R

They found water damage....and that phone didnt even come near the water.
The funny thing is...the guy told me it is the moist in the air when i went down to the coast.

So i asked him if they sell any BB storms at the coast....or if they only sell them inland.......what a k@k excuse.

im going to drop a storm on BB today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
