Black Bubble ID

    Hi,

    I found this strange bubble forming on one of my corals. (Circled with a thin red circle in the pics below)

    What is it!?

    Green bubble algae. Don't attempt to remove it in your display tank, if it pops, it will release spores which will lead to more of them sprouting. Try remove the rock out of water and scrape it off, shake rock in a bucket of salt water and return to display.

    Darn - very disappointed - hoped it was going to be something cool ... :dft004:

    Will take it out back tomorrow and dispose of the bubble menace :2guns:
