    hey reeefers

I have liverock that has small zoa, etc on it. came with it when i got the rock?

i dont have place for the rock right now, so im going to keep it in a drum in the garage. only problem is is that im scared the little corals will die,

what cheap lightin can i use to keep the corals going? will normal 6500k be okay?

    thanks!

Hi Slummies. The 6500K bulbs will be fine for the Zoas. Keep it close to the light :)

Are you sure they're not aptasia? ;-) Um, if they are zoas, you'd be surprised what they can survive. I'd just but any old grow light over the drum and hope for the best.

Zoos can survive months with little more than a torch shone on them once in a while, i wouldn`t worry, even a normal bulb (incandescent) lit meters away briefly every day will suffice.
