Best corals to start with?

    I have a 290L setup running 150w MH 14000k and 2 t5 39w 10000k. 1 yellow tang,1 striped sergeon,2 nemos,1 domino,2 stars,2 turbo snails and 10-15kg fiji(adding 10kg kenyan next month) What corals sould I start of with and what fish can I add to to my current setup?

    How long have the tank been running? I would not add anymore fish to the tank.

    If your water parameters is in check, nitrites=0, Ammonia=0, Nitrates below 20ppm then you could look at below list.

    Good beginner soft corals include all mushrooms, most leather corals, Zooanthids, star polyps, Anthelia. These corals prefer medium to high flow (My own observations)

    Good hard corals to begin with is Open Brains(Tragophylia), moon rock (Favia/Favites), Fox Coral. These corals will do well in low to medium flow.

    SPS, you could try the common Montipora's (I find them a little less challenging than Acros) You should ensure you have enough flow for these, as they require high flow
