I know this topic has come up before, but I can't remember what Bait Fish is. Can someone help me out? Is it commonly (and safely) used for feeding your reef tanks? Is it used to feed anemones?

Is there any reason that it should not be used in reef tanks?

I don't know! :) I've seen the term "bait fish" used on this site. I don't know what it is.

Well most of our pet stores stock lance fish in their freezers along with mysis, etc. Years back when i still kept a nennie and eel, this is what I would feed them. Otherwise a live goldfish does the trick as well.
