    Hi guys

I'm very excited on starting this new tank of mine. It is a Boyu TL550 standard tank. At a later stage I would like to upgrade a couple of things but for now I'm leaving it standard. The original stand it came with was a little dodgy so i made a custom white stand to go with the bedroom. The room is for my daughter and the theme for the room is UNDER THE SEA. So what a perfect thing to do is put her own very bit of the ocean in her room.

This is gonna be awesome. Gonna be tagging along.

So are you happy with the stand being able to carry the weight now?

Thanks guys for all the nice comments
Yes @Rookie I think 2 boards should be fine. 1 might of been ok for now but long term I had my doubts. I woke up at 2 that morning couldn't sleep trying to figure which route to go..... I had a brain wave... Then @RiaanP confirmed it so it was off to cut a new top board. I also added 2 poles to the front of the unit for added support but also to match up the stand with the tank better. @Irma ... hahaha she is only 4 weeks old so I think I'm safe for now.
I cant believe how slow my RO unit is from the start to i would say 3 quarters full it has taken around 15 hours :banghead: . @dallasg you mention something on speeding it up?

Not to sure yet throwing a few ideas around .... Definitely going with a black substrate. The rest ..... Well I got a long cycle session about to happen :whistling: so there will be plenty of time to decide!

I'm still busy with RO not sure if its a problem or not but I filled the DT almost to the top there was no leak going in to filter section ... Then I started filling up from the intake side first is it normal for the water to be filling up all 4 chambers at once? I was thinking it would cascade from the second chamber to the 3 and finally 4 where the return pump is. Any thoughts guys?
