Ayoob's 6ft SPS Dominated Reef

    My tank has currently been running since the 29th of June 2012. Haven't been to happy with settlement till now, had ups and downs but I managed to pull through and now its all good and well :thumbup:

    Display Tank :
    2m X 40cm X 40cm High
    320 Litres
    8mm glass

    Sump Tank:
    1.2m X 40cm X 40cm water level @ 30cm
    144 liters
    6mm glass

    Total water Volume of +- 400Liters

    Stand :
    2m X 45cm X 110cm
    25mm square steel

    Skimmer: Reef Octopus NW250 rated for 1200Liters

    Flow :
    Tunze Nano wavebox
    Tunze 6095 streams
    Tunze 6045 nano streams
    Boyu wm3

    Heaters :
    300 watt jager
    125 watt jager

    Lighting :
    3 X 150 watt MH aquamedic 20 000k and 16 000k

    Return pump :
    4500lph Laguna

    Honestly when you see those dimensions, you think its super weird. But I've seen this tank and it is gorgeous. I actually can't wait to visit you again ayoob just to sit in front of your tank and drool.

    I had tank Built on eye level. Having a narrow shallow tank makes you think frag tank, So my way of making it a reef was to lift the height up to 1.1m high. So it now hides the frag tank dimensions and had it built in my dinning area.
