I know this is not one of my best pics but just wanted to photograph them quickly and share my excitement and the new coral with the site. Please look past the algae as that is an ongoing battle....LOL. Please could you also post pics of your Ricordeas in your tanks to this thread as I would really like to see them?
    Thanks
    Dean

Nice. If I may ask, under what lights are they and how long have you had them?

it is illegal to collect corals from Florida so most of these tipes of corals are frags from corals that have been taken out a long time a go
so lets get to the important stuff what temp is your tank
you know that thy have cooler water there

Thanks to all for the comments. Lanzo – yip that is the red one I got from you, he gets even bigger than that even, that is still my best one yet.......I will keep looking for them. These are my favourite corals. The Lighting – 4 x 24w T5 lights 2 white and 2 blue.
Got them from Florida - I have family that live in Florida and they sent them over to me.
Perhaps someone could tell me why is it so hard to get Ricordeas from the LSF in South Africa? If I could I would love a tank full of all the different types of Ricordeas.
If you would like any more info feel free to pm me.
Again thanks for taking the time to look at my Coral Photograph and for all the comments.
    Regards
    Dean
