    I hope you will cover how to correctly calibrate ones refractometer. As Im sure many new guys just take for granted that the refractometer they just bought is right

    Im using the Tropic Marin hydrometer with excellent results...
    So I calibrated my refractometer to read exactly like the hydrometer...

    I borrowed @dallasg for one reading and it was dead accurate, I hate having to calibrate my refractometer to the temperature every time.

    This would give you an incorrect SG on the refractometer. This is because the hydrometer is giving you SG at 25c and the refractometer a SG at 20c.
