Hi guys , hope someone can help me out...

I am looking for two Mares Stream Purge Snorkels , cant find any out in the sticks where I live (hell cant even find a dive shop !)

If any divers are close to a dive shop I will happily EFT money for purchase and postage.

    Thanx

Frans, why in paticular that model? Also why with the purge valve? Is it for scuba or snorkling, I wouldn't recomend a purge valve for snorkling.

Mares is a good brand, but I prefer diving with out a purge (all freediving), and my snorkel I always just buy a cressi, or one of the other cheaper brands, as long as it is black, but then make sure I use a comfy mouth piece.

But I think give the dive factory in durban a ring, real lakka guys there also.

    LOL

Agreed magman, for normal snorkeling a purge is not really that important , but I use mine for both scuba and snorkel. Also when crayfish or alikruekel hunting ...some of the buggers sit quite deep and then a purge comes in handy.

My wife uses a cressi and to be 100 % honest , I am not unhappy with it , the Mares just have a lekker fit for me personally and the dual purge works lekker.

I bought a cheap "no name" brand yesterday (as crayfish season closes soon...I still need to get a catch or two in !) in the meantime I will give the DBN guys a call, unfortunately the cape town stores are very limited in terms of what they carry

Thanks a mil again for all the help guys !
