A lot of people keep zoas, but you are asking for rare zoas. What would you classify as rare? $200 a polyp? or are you just looking for zoas?

You won't find people willing to sell the harder to come by zoas. It's a trophy.

Go colony hunting at the LFS's......If you look close you can find some gems amongst the vietnam zoas that come in....you can keep the polyps you want and sell the rest of the frags then...

I used to be an avid zoa hunter/collector, shut down in 2012 and recently started up again. I only have one very small colony that I will gladly frag for you if you would be willing to swap/sell some of yours? PM your number and I'll send you a pic this evening?

chatting to various importers to see what can be arranged but the consensious is that the zoas as pictured above are stupid expensive.. talking 350$ +

so the question is: how badly do you want to have these zoas in your system.
