Upper north coast has a drastic water shortage leaving us without water for days. Anyone else affected?

Us in the port Shepstone area have had salty water since sunday. They had to breach the umzimkulu river . I measured the tap water on Monday it was 1014
Our water comes on for a few hours then cuts off but its brown water not drinkable.
