CGG or GCC ?
My bet its a CCG gland and shroud buddy, they use it to terminate cable ends. And then tighten that to a panel with a nut. You need to find out what size he needs or find out what size cable he wants to use it on so we can assist.
Its a CCG cable gland used to terminate cable ends. They make them for armoured cables and some compression glands for flexible cables like cabtyre and surfix.
